1. Can you ship out the order on the same day?

Yes, we can - if we receive your order before 1:00 pm PST. We can also ship your orders by UPS overnight or next day based on your request. Standard UPS rates will apply for the service requested.

2. What about international orders?

All international orders will be shipped within 5 business working days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the local laws in the country and excelsior incense WILL NOT be responsible for any duties, taxes etc. incurred during the transaction. All related expenses have to be borne by the buyer.

We ship out by UPS or FedEx for international orders - it would be in the buyers interest if they can provide us with the account number with these carriers. We could ship out the goods on the customer account.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit card payments: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

4. Is my credit card information safe?

Yes-100%. We do NOT disclose your credit card information nor do we share it with anybody.

5. Are your products safe?

Our products are perfectly safe.
